This private small group experience includes cooking instructions from an Executive Chef who is eager to share their favorite recipes, including fresh local seafood, and essential Bahamian herbs and spices. After learning basic cooking techniques and food preparation, tour the impressive Graycliff Wine Cellar and sit down to enjoy the ambiance of Graycliff Restaurant as well as the dishes created together. Apéritif
Your Choice — handcrafted signature rum cocktail, or sommelier paired red/white wine to accompany the meal.

Appetizer
Bahamian Conch Chowder — tenderized pieces of local conch, vegetables and herbs in a tomato base, topped with signature sherry pepper sauce.

Entrée
Fresh Hog Snapper — locally caught fillet broiled with native limes, bell peppers, onions, and garden thyme. Served with: Peas & Rice, Coleslaw and Bahamian Macaroni & Cheese.

Dessert
Bahamian Guava Duff — sweet island dough lined with local guava fruit and topped with rum butter sauce. Tea or coffee service optional.
