Hors d’oeuvres
Local and seasonal fruit tasting

Bahamian Conch Fritters — tenderized pieces of local conch, vegetables and herbs mixed with a seasoned batter, paired with Calypso sauce.

Fresh Seasonal Fish — locally caught fillet fried with native limes, bell peppers,  and onions. Served with: Peas & Rice, Garden Salad and Bahamian Macaroni & Cheese.

Coconut or Pineapple Tart — doughy cake covered with a thick layer of fruit filling.

As all ingredients are seasonally available, we may occasionally replace food or drinks with items not listed above, but please rest assured that an authentic Bahamian experience will be maintained- for your ultimate satisfaction.
