TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In consideration of Blue Flamingo Hospitality permitting
to participate in the Bites of The Bahamas Cooking Class, the participant agrees to voluntarily waive substantial legal rights, including the right to sue the Company for injury, death, or property damage.

The participant expressly waives any and all claims which they have or may have in the future against the Company on account of injury, death, or property damage, arising out of or attributable to the participation in the Event.

The participant acknowledges the risks involved in the cooking class and assumes full responsibility for any and all incidents that may occur as a result of her participation.

The participant agrees to hold Blue Flamingo harmless from any and all claims, including attorney’s fees, which may occur as a result of the Player’s participation in the Event. If the Company incurs the expenses, the Player agrees to reimburse the Company.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Player has executed this Waiver as of the date above
